Case Study
We first partnered with ROTHY’S to find appropriate retailers to work with on temporary pop up activations, the first being Liberty London.
Prior to the initial launch, we implemented a full wholesale pricing strategy, selected the right assortment of product as well as correct volumes, and worked across shipping and logistics to ensure a seamless delivery ahead of the launch.
All staff were recruited, hired and trained by the agency and have continued to be managed by our team. We project managed in-store launch events and worked closely with brand and retailer marketing teams to ensure seamless brand communications.
Our team ensure on a daily basis that the VM is at a high standard, and we deliver insightful visual reporting on a regular basis, across store imagery, customer feedback in addition to sales reporting.
We are able to work across multiple activations at any one time, with the goal of representing brands abroad as effectively as they would in their home market. We are currently managing ROTHY’S installations in London, Paris, Sydney and Melbourne.
